“I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition with a particular interest in pregnancy, fertility and how nutrition feeds in to the two. I am also a massive foodie and love cooking up delicious recipes! My philosophy with nutrition is all about balance with no restriction, I believe in eating whole foods and fitting in the foods that you love. Eating yummy meals is one of the best things in life and I believe nutrition should be all about how you can eat the foods that you love while nourishing you – and your baby! I am passionate about helping women wherever they are in their journey and love when a few dietary tweaks makes clients feel so fit and healthy. I am honoured to be a part of the Baby2Body team and to be a part of your journey!”
