“Having practiced yoga for about five years, and finding the countless benefits to my body, my mind, and my life in general, I decided to embark on the journey of a lifetime and travel to India in January 2019 to pursue my dream of training as a yoga teacher. The past year has taught me so much about myself – strengths and weaknesses, teaching methods which do and don’t suit me, and how much I love sharing my passion with others. Off of the yoga mat, I am a keen hiker, runner, and cyclist – I am always happiest when I am outside and moving! I also work part-time as a veterinary nurse (vet tech in American!) when I am not teaching yoga. I can’t wait to become a part of the amazing Baby2Body community, and feel really honoured to be on this exciting journey with you all.”
