Tell us a bit about yourself!

I’m from a little country town in Australia. I was an event manager in the motorsport industry but now I’m a full-time Mum. I have 2 beautiful little girls; I gave birth to my 2nd in September so she is brand new!

Why do you love Baby2Body, and what role has it played in your mama-hood journey?

I LOVE Baby2Body because I was looking for different ways to keep fit and healthy during pregnancy and now that I’ve given birth, and was looking for something that suited me. Going to the gym just doesn’t work for me between all of my other commitments and my toddler, so being able to keep fit and healthy just by having my phone close by, selecting my own workouts and reading the great advice is perfect for me. The app has really helped me in my Mama-hood journey to stay motivated and healthy. It’s so easy to get lazy and eat the crazy foods you crave, but you end up feeling pretty yuk afterward… I found keeping active and healthy made my pregnancy journey so much easier, and now that I’ve given birth it will help me recover and stay active.

Why have you chosen to become a Baby2Body Ambassador?

I’ve become a Baby2Body Ambassador because I really admire what the team is setting out to achieve and it’s all for the love of Mums! I’m all about supporting Mum’s who are dealing with Depression & Anxiety and I really want to encourage all Mum’s to get active and stay healthy. Exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant, and it’s free!! An app like Baby2Body is the perfect way to get started and maintain a routine that works perfectly for you.

What’s been the best part of your pregnancy?

The baby kicks, they are the most beautiful reminder there is a little life growing inside of you.

What’s been the hardest part of your pregnancy?

The back pain, not my idea of a good time.

What’s been your strangest craving while pregnant?

Strangely, I only ever craved fruit!! Lucky me!

What’s your favorite type of workout?

Core building.

How do you relax and unwind?

Netflix and chill baby!! But actually just watching Netflix by myself and doing nothing else… hahaha!
