I’m Jade Louise, I am 28, live in London and have two children – a boy aged 3 and a baby girl aged 10 weeks!
Why do you love Baby2Body, and what role has it played in your mama-hood journey?
I love the concept of the app, the easy to follow workouts, the recipes and mindfulness tips. I use the easy to follow recipes all the time.
Why have you chosen to become a Baby2Body Ambassador?
I believe in the ethos and vision of the company, I stayed very active during my pregnancy and want to show other women that staying healthy and fit while your pregnant is good for you and the baby.

What was the best part of your pregnancy?
I loved being pregnant, the bump, the feeling the baby move and the thought that you are growing a tiny human inside you.
What was the hardest part of your pregnancy?
I had morning sickness and fatigue at the beginning of my pregnancy I couldn’t workout that much and I struggled with that.
What’s your favorite type of workout?
I love weightlifting and CrossFit.
How do you relax and unwind?
Mediation & hot baths.
What’s the one thing you do or wear or focus on that makes you look and feel amazing?
If I exercise and eat healthy I feel much better… but a bit of make up and a blow-dry helps too 🙂
